Optical Whitener
They are used for whitening the product
DEA (Dietanol Amin)
It is used to provide a foaming effect. Besides, it is a surfactant and corrosion inhibitor.
TEA (Trietanol Amin)
It is used in neutralization of acids, pH adjuster.
MEA (Monoetanol Amin)
The molecule is bifunctional, containing both a primary amine and a primary alcohol. Ethanolamine is a colorless, viscous liquid with an ammonia-like odor. It is used as a neutralizing agent.
Surfactants Granules
Surfactant granules, offered in anionic and non-ionic forms, boast excellent flow properties, dispersion and solubility.Reduces liquid loading requirements on base formulationAllows incorporation of high liquid content Removes generation of “sticky” powderSimplifies the production process – eliminate time spent on spraying and cleanout.Good handling properties and good stability.
Builders Granules
Full and partial phosphate replacement for significant cost savings
Pre-tower technology: granular goes into the powder before spraying to maintain finished product size and density
Equal detergency compared to other builders
QuestLock Builder
Granular goes into the powder before spraying to maintain finished product size and density.
Partial phosphate replacement based on carbonate and silicate components.
Excellent solubility even at low temperatures
Equal detergency to other builders
Improve production running time
Can be used with other builders.
Q2 Builder
Granular goes into the powder before spraying to maintain finished product size and density.
Full phosphate replacement based on carbonate and polymer components.
Excellent solubility even at low temperatures
Equal detergency to other builders
Low fabric encrustation

We offer a wide range of color and perfume granules enhancing the appearance of laundry powder, providing a visual cue for end consumers. Available as a bentonite or sodium carbonate speckle, these easy to handle, cross granules will not spot on fabrics due to our spraying technology.
Post addition to finished detergent, typically up to 3% of finished product.
Available in a variety of colors.
Tight particle size control
Chemical additive capability.
Softeners
Quest softening bentonite provides the best softening-through-the-wash benefits for liquid and powder detergents. The clay is deposited on the textile during the wash cycle. After continuous washes, the bentonite is released and replenished for increased level of softness after multiple washes. This mechanism provides:
Damage protection to the cotton caused by fiber breakage
Potential stain removal or release aid in the detergent formulation
Improved fabric suppleness
